Order Selector (Flex Shift)

Rate of Pay:
- Starting at $19.25/hr.
- Get paid every week.
- To be considered for this position you will need to select a weekend, between Saturday or Sunday.
- Make additional $2 on top of your hourly rate.
- Set start and end times!
Job Responsibilities:
- Transports products safely through the warehouse on electric pallet jacks.
- Maintains order selection performance and standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage.
- Ensures the labels and pallets are accurate.
- Build stable and well cubed pallets.
- Maintains a positive attitude and sense of teamwork.
- Assists other departments with work activities as needed.
- Builds strong relationships within the warehouse to promote safe and respectful working environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Lifting objects weighing up to 50-70 lbs. consistently.
- Occasionally pushing, sitting, touching, reaching, climbing, pulling, and gripping.

Compensation:
UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements. Sales Positions Only: For sales positions that are commission-based, the above range is an estimate of total potential commission-based compensation during an associate’s first year, but UNFI offers an introductory period minimum of $680 per week. After the introductory period, as a 100% commission-based role, there is no set salary. UNFI’s commission plans are uncapped and average earnings vary depending on territory and sales achieved, among other factors.
