Purpose:  

A Stock Associate’s main objective is to support the Sales Staff by providing merchandising support in addition to product and display assistance.

Job Responsibilities:

· Provide high quality service to the assigned sales territory as required to meet specific store needs and expectations, including routine display/shelf presentation;

· Effectively control all credits by merchandising, stocking, and rotating our products in a neat and organized fashion that meets customer and company expectations;

· Locate and pack out product according to store lay out;

· Accurately stock product according to plan-o-gram;

· Rotate items with date codes;

· Clean & dust product and shelves;

· Ensure back stock is worked on a weekly basis;

· Clean, dust and straighten floor displays;

· Follow established Haddon House Food Products, Inc. policies and procedures to accomplish the above accountabilities.

Other Important Responsibilities:

· Answer all emails within 2 hours of receipt;

· Answer all voicemails within 2 hours of receipt;

· Engage and support companywide Safety Program;

· Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:

·       System Implementation preferred

Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements. Sales Positions Only: For sales positions that are commission-based, the above range is an estimate of total potential commission-based compensation during an associate’s first year, but UNFI offers an introductory period minimum of $680 per week. After the introductory period, as a 100% commission-based role, there is no set salary. UNFI’s commission plans are uncapped and average earnings vary depending on territory and sales achieved, among other factors.
