Customer Support Specialist: The Customer Support Specialist position focuses on retaining and servicing the largest and most strategic accounts with maintaining data accuracy among business software. The Customer Support Specialist represents the client within cross-functional teams.

Data Management Specialist: The Data Management Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate set up and ongoing maintenance of the product and supplier data records. This position manages all components of incoming supplier cost, logistic changes and freight reviews, and is the final control point for the validation of all necessary new supplier legal documentation and verification of certificates for new product claims.
