Human Resources Manager: Team members in this role are responsible for leading, implementing and executing the organization’s HR strategy, key projects, and initiatives within the facility/group. Reporting to the Regional Director of HR or the Regional HR Manager, the HR Manager leads the facility/group HR team and is responsible for effective execution of human resources functions.
Senior Manager, Labor Relations: In this manager role, associates will assist the Sr. Director & Associate General Counsel in supporting all aspects of labor relations for the Company’s unionized operations, including labor contract negotiations, employee benefits, labor contract administration and dispute resolution.
Associate Experience Partner: In this role, the Partner will cultivate a dynamic work environment through development, organization, coordination, and execution of associate programs. This position is accountable for understanding associate needs, and collaborating with the General Manager, HR Manager and Operations leadership team
