UNFI in Champaign-Urbana, IL is hiring a full-time, motivated Warehouse Coordinator for our overnight shift.
What does it mean to be a part of our Warehouse Coordinator team?
A Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse by ensuring that inventory is properly received, stored, and distributed. This role involves coordinating various warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and stock management, to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role works closely with warehouse staff and management to ensure that operational goals are met while maintaining accuracy, safety, and compliance with company policies. Our supply chain at UNFI is focused on providing superior service, quality and efficiency, improving every day to meet our customers’ unique needs.
Pay starting at $19.75/hr, including:

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Preparing receiving paperwork for the product to be checked in
- Check trucks in if needed/online receiving of purchase orders
- Preparing store invoices and billing of store deliveries
- Providing customer service assistance to customers, drivers, and vendors
- General clerical duties
Job Requirements:
- 1-3 months of related work experience; prior warehouse clerical experience is preferred
- 10 key skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, warehouse environment and office setting
- Ability to work independently with limited direction
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – specifically Excel

Compensation:
UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements. Sales Positions Only: For sales positions that are commission-based, the above range is an estimate of total potential commission-based compensation during an associate’s first year, but UNFI offers an introductory period minimum of $680 per week. After the introductory period, as a 100% commission-based role, there is no set salary. UNFI’s commission plans are uncapped and average earnings vary depending on territory and sales achieved, among other factors.
