Counsel: This position will support the Corporate & Strategic Transaction Team within the UNFI Legal Department by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial/vendor agreements supporting UNFI’s business operations.

Associate General Counsel Real Estate - Remote: This Associate General Counsel role will be a key leader for the real estate department, including construction management. These duties include, but are not limited to, representing the company in real estate and construction transactions, evaluating prospective sites for warehouse locations, as well as remodel and expansions, and making general recommendations to management.
