Cub in Rochester on Scott Road is looking for Ecommerce Shoppers to join our team. Ecommerce shoppers are responsible for receiving and filling online shopping orders to provide the highest level of customized and personal service to online customers. By giving personalized attention and providing advanced knowledge of quality products, you will become trusted consultant for shoppers who want an enhanced online buying experience.

Job Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining a positive presence on the sales floor.
    • Greet, Offer, & Thank all customers.
    • Assist customers by bringing them to the location of product.
    • Ensure the aisles are always clear of debris.
    • Maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with an emphasis on fast, friendly, safe customer service and on time delivery. 
    • Selects products for fulfilling order ensuring quality selection of product including checking expiration dates.
    • Execute on delivery times and order accuracy.

    Job Requirements:

    • Walking, bending, kneeling.
    • Able to reach, lift, stack and maneuver objects of varying dimensions and weighing up to 55 lbs.
    • Equipment operation (intercom, telephone, scanner, register, scale, shopping cart)
    • Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
    • Memorization, reading, writing and math
    • Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

    SCHEDULE:

    • 1st shift: 7am - 4pm
    • 2nd shift: 2pm-9pm

    Sales Positions Only: For sales positions that are commission-based, the above range is an estimate of total potential commission-based compensation during an associate’s first year, but UNFI offers an introductory period minimum of $680 per week. After the introductory period, as a 100% commission-based role, there is no set salary. UNFI’s commission plans are uncapped and average earnings vary depending on territory and sales achieved, among other factors.
