Our facility in Lancaster, TX is coming into our busy season and is looking for individuals who are looking to jump start their careers. We have the business and need your help. Are you looking to work 40+ hours per week in a team environment of trust and respect? If yes, then this is for you!
- Weekly Pay (starting rate + weekend shift differential pay)
- Incentive pay - earn more money for exceeding productivity goals.
- 10:00am start time
- Shift - Sunday, Monday, Friday, Saturday (4 days on, 3 days off)

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Selects a variety of food/beverage products.
- Transports products throughout the warehouse on electric pallet jacks.
- Utilizing an RF Scanner
- Maintains a positive attitude and sense of teamwork.
- Assists other departments with work activities as needed.
- Builds strong relationships within the warehouse to promote a safe and respectful working environment.
- Maintains order selection performance standards of speed and accuracy with minimum damage.
- Ensures the labels and pallets are accurate.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willing to consent to background and drug screening.
- Ability to lift up to consistently lift up to 60, frequent bending, stooping and lifting.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- Adheres to attendance policy and commits to work schedule.
- Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.

Compensation:
UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements. UNFI is committed to transparency in pay in compliance with applicable state and local laws.

Sales Positions Only: For sales positions that are commission-based, the above range is an estimate of total potential commission-based compensation during an associate’s first year, but UNFI offers an introductory period minimum of $680 per week. After the introductory period, as a 100% commission-based role, there is no set salary. UNFI’s commission plans are uncapped and average earnings vary depending on territory and sales achieved, among other factors.
