Job Overview:

Cub Willmar is looking for dedicated Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will plan and manage front-end functions to promote sales, achieve profit margins and labor goals, ensure a positive shopping experience for customers and a safe and positive working environment for associates. 

Job Responsibilities:

• • Assist customers and ensure proper service levels and courtesy from all associates.
  • Develop effective daily/weekly work plan based on sales projections, budgeted labor goals and previous operating results.
  • Supervise the front-end and service center functions to ensure positive customer relations and accurate, prompt checkout.
  • Monitor tracking and performance reports and take appropriate action.
  • Supervise department safety and sanitation programs.
  • Observe standards and procedures regarding store security and confidentiality.
  • Supervise entire store as Manager on Duty as needed.
    
    

Job Requirements:

• • Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
  • Judgement/decision making, social skills and verbal interaction.
  • Memorization, reading, writing and math.
    
    

Physical Requirements:

• • Lifting/carrying up to 50lbs
  • Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom).
  • Walking and standing for up to entire shift.
