What does it mean to be a part of the Repack Order Selector team?  

In this fast-paced role, you are the boots on the ground and responsible for accurately and efficiently pulling customer orders within the warehouse. This role requires strategic thinking and attention to detail while selecting orders and ensuring they are placed in the correct assigned locations. You will be guided throughout each pick location using state of the art technology while ensuring that you safely and accurately move product within the warehouse. Job Responsibilities: 

  • Enters the proper information into the productivity measure 

  • Identifies the correct pick location and pick sequence in accordance to the order 

  • Picks the correct item and quantity, checking UPC’s or item descriptions. 

  • Places pick labels on the side of the cases. 

  • Stages pallets in appropriate area. 

  • Keeps area clean and debris out of work area. 

  • Perform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures, as appropriate for location 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: 

  • Understanding of Safety guidelines 

  • Knowledge of applicable Warehouse Management System (WHS) 

  • Detail oriented, good organizational skills 

  • Warehouse/Operations preferred but not required 

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Have an understanding of procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a more global understanding of all processes 

  • Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available. 

Physical Environment & Demands 

  • Ability to do repetitious arm, wrist and hand movements required for maintenance and service procedures.  

  • Requires manual dexterity, overall coordination and good balance to work both at ground level and in high places to perform job duties. 

  • Ability to operate work related equipment and walk in warehouse to perform the essential functions  

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
