Job Overview:
The Salesforce Enablement Analyst is a critical role within UNFI’s Sales Enablement team, responsible for supporting the successful implementation and adoption of the Salesforce instance across the sales organization. This individual will work directly with sales teams and leadership to drive engagement, optimize Salesforce usage, and provide insights into pipeline opportunities, user adoption, and system performance. The Salesforce Enablement Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that the sales team fully leverages the capabilities of Salesforce to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and enhance sales performance.
This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, data analysis skills, and strong communication abilities to gather feedback, resolve challenges, and optimize Salesforce usage. The Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders across sales, IT, and business intelligence teams to ensure seamless implementation, training, and continuous improvement of Salesforce processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Core Responsibilities
Salesforce Implementation Support:
· Work closely with the Manager of Sales Enablement, Sales Teams and IT in a weekly sprint process to ensure successful implementation of the new Salesforce instance, including the configuration of features and tools tailored to organizational needs.
· Provide training and support to users during the migration phase to ensure accurate data transfer, system integration, and minimal disruption to daily sales activities.
· Assist in developing Salesforce configurations, dashboards, reports, and automation workflows that align with the sales team’s processes and goals.
Salesforce Adoption & User Engagement:
· Drive user adoption by creating and delivering training sessions, creating user documentation, and providing on-demand support to the sales team.
· Develop and execute strategies to increase Salesforce utilization, ensuring the sales team is adopting best practices and maximizing the platform’s capabilities.
· Serve as the main point of contact for troubleshooting, answering questions, and addressing any Salesforce-related concerns from the sales team.
Sales Data and Pipeline Insights:
· Analyze Salesforce data to provide actionable insights on sales performance, pipeline health, and opportunities for improvement.
· Monitor key adoption metrics, including usage rates, engagement with key features, and overall system effectiveness.
· Collaborate with sales leadership to identify trends, forecast pipeline growth, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize the sales process.
Reporting & Analytics:
· Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, adoption statistics, and system performance.
· Regularly communicate adoption progress, usage metrics, and pipeline insights to stakeholders, including senior sales leadership.
· Gather feedback from users to identify pain points and opportunities to improve system functionality or training.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
· Partner with IT and other internal teams to ensure alignment on system requirements and integrate Salesforce with other business tools and platforms.
· Work closely with the Manager of Salesforce Enablement to refine and improve the enablement strategies based on insights and feedback from the sales organization.
· Assist in the development of best practices and process improvements to ensure the long-term success and growth of Salesforce within the sales organization.
Continuous Improvement:
· Continuously evaluate Salesforce functionalities and recommend enhancements to improve sales processes and user experience.
· Stay current with Salesforce updates, releases, and new features, ensuring that the sales team is leveraging the latest tools available.
· Contribute to the overall strategy of sales enablement, aligning tools and resources with evolving business goals.
Additional Responsibilities
· Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including hands-on experience with sales cloud features, reporting, and dashboard creation.
· Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Requirements:
Education/ Certifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
· Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
Experience:
· 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, sales enablement, or a related field, ideally in an enterprise setting.
· Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its capabilities, including reporting, dashboards, data management, and automation.
· Experience with Salesforce implementation, user adoption strategies, and working closely with sales teams to enhance system usage.
· Previous experience analyzing sales data and providing insights to sales teams or leadership.
Knowledge/Skills/ Abilities:
· Familiarity with sales processes in the CPG, retail, or distribution industries, preferred but not required.
· Experience with tools like Salesforce Lightning, Pardot, and other sales enablement or CRM platforms, preferred but not required.
· Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, including hands-on experience with sales cloud features, reporting, and dashboard creation.
· Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple tasks.
Work Environment:
Remote Role:
· This position is classified as remote where the associate will perform remote work from their primary residence. Remote associates are welcome to work from the office but are not required to do so. While remote associates are not required to work from an office on a regular basis, they may be required to come to the office or other UNFI locations for necessary business reasons or if directed to do so by their manager.
Travel (minor):
· This position may require the associate to travel to company offices, distribution centers, or other locations for specific meetings or other business reasons.

· Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal.

Solamente puestos de Ventas: en el caso de los puestos de ventas con base en comisiones, el rango mencionado representa un estimado de la compensación potencial por comisiones durante el primer año de un asociado; pero UNFI ofrece un mínimo de $680 a la semana para el periodo inicial. Después del periodo inicial, por tratarse de un puesto basado totalmente en comisiones, no hay un salario fijo. Los planes de comisiones de UNFI no tienen tope y las ganancias promedio dependen del territorio y de las ventas logradas, entre otros factores.
