As a Supplier Services Analyst, you will play a key role in providing high level reporting and business planning to our VP, Supplier Services and other key stakeholders. Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Language Requirements: English

Working Conditions: Remote (while classified as remote, incumbent will be required to attend in-person meetings when required by Management)

Location: Vaughan, ON

Salary: $54,100 - $60,000

Purpose:

This position manages analytic and business reporting within the Supplier Services department, which provides revenue and profit updates to Senior Management. This role develops and provides templates that support annual and monthly planning and business reviews, including critical paths and governances to execute deadlines. Core to this role will be the supporting functions and P&L management for the department as a whole, with individual updates specific to marketing, tradeshow and Brands+ income and expenses. This role functions as a support for various cross-functional projects, supplier engagement surveys and will support supplier discussions through research, analysis and sales data.

Responsibilities:

Reporting

  • Develops dashboards and maintains reporting cadence related to:
    • Operational Capacity
    • Category Trends
    • SKU Rationalization Tracking
    • Vendor Income
    • Debit Balance Risk
    • KPI/Goal Status
    • Sales Revenue performance by customer and supplier (Monthly Tracker).
  • Manages the development of new reports and owns the communication of analysis associated with reporting efforts.

Planning, Presentations & Templates

  • Prepares Annual Budget Planning – Suppliers, MPI’s and OGSIM build for Supplier Services Department, Business Review templates, Category Review templates, Supplier Webinar Bookings and Content.

Brands+ & Produce Support

  • Supports management of Savor marketing trade spending and provide updates to senior management.
  • Creates updates and tracks sales performance behind key priorities and metrics.

Tradeshow & Marketing

  • Prepares Margin Management – showing deal profit and revenue projections, Income & Expense Reporting
  • Provides Ad Hoc Support (in-person/on-line).
  • Supports co-ordination of trade show logistics.

Supplier Relationship Management

  • Supports vendor partner discussions through research, analysis and sales data.
  • Works in conjunction with Sales Strategy team to support and track customer executional strategies and priorities.

Other:

  • Support post-implementation strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Works with 3rd party supplier agency to collect valuable supplier insights and feedback.
  • Supports department and cross-functional projects as required and is able to identify pain points or cost-saving opportunities and translate them to productivity gains or quality improvements.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, finance, business, or e-commerce

Experience:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods industry
  • 2 years in a Junior Financial role or equivalent

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Superior communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning mind-set.
  • Ability to track projects in detail to ensure accurate execution, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Smart business acumen, with the ability to 'see the big picture' and make sound recommendations.
  • Ability to manage peers and leadership to ensure collaboration and on-time delivery.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook is essential.
  • Proficiency with Qlikview, Cognos, or other reporting clouds preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Solamente puestos de Ventas: en el caso de los puestos de ventas con base en comisiones, el rango mencionado representa un estimado de la compensación potencial por comisiones durante el primer año de un asociado; pero UNFI ofrece un mínimo de $680 a la semana para el periodo inicial. Después del periodo inicial, por tratarse de un puesto basado totalmente en comisiones, no hay un salario fijo. Los planes de comisiones de UNFI no tienen tope y las ganancias promedio dependen del territorio y de las ventas logradas, entre otros factores.
