We are now hiring an Inventory Control Cycle Counter. In this role you will be responsible for reviewing inventory inquiries including mis-slots and quality concerns, coordinating and helping to develop inventory policies and procedures; as well as, supporting inventory projects and programs to ensure accuracy and in compliance with service levels.
Some of what you will do:
· Track and maintain SOX compliance relative to 3rd Party audit & Company standards
· Schedules and coordinates all physical inventories and cycle counts including date checks
· Prepares physical inventory recaps on a timely basis for distribution to management
· Reviews and develops inventory control procedures as appropriate
· Identifies and resolves all internal shrink problems
· Monitor warehouse outs including daily reports to include: Daily Inventory Change, Negative Inventory, Daily Inventory Evaluation, Building MW676 Tolerance Report, Display MW676 Tolerance Report and other inventory related reports and take any necessary corrective action in order to maintain high service levels
· Monitors quarterly parts and supply inventories to ensure accuracy
· Maintains record retention program in compliance with corporate guidelines and policies
· Perform basic slotting functions as needed
· Researches mis-slots and quality issues, verifies pick slots and back stock verification
· Perform duties in accordance with Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) policies and procedures, as appropriate for location
· Performs other relevant job duties as required

Education/Certification:
· Capability of being licensed in operating powered industrial equipment
Experience:
· Have an understanding of procedures in other areas of the warehouse for a more global understanding of all processes.
· Experience as a selector or lift operator (strongly preferred)
Knowledge:
· Understanding of safety guidelines
· Understanding of paperwork and reporting methods related to tracking inventory
· Strong knowledge of applicable warehouse mgmt. system and RF system
· Strong math, tabulation, and reconciliation skills
Skills/Abilities:
· Ability to recognize and read location codes, date codes and product codes
· Strong communication skills; both written and oral applications
· Strong interpersonal skills; must be motivated and take initiative
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
Here are some of the physical aspects of the job and environment:
· You will perform work in a refrigerated warehouse with temperatures ranging from -20 degrees Fahrenheit to 55 degrees Fahrenheit, and a non-refrigerated warehouse with temperatures that range from 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 90+ degrees Fahrenheit.
· Lift 100 pounds easily throughout your shift
· Must be able to twist, turn, reach over shoulders, and stand/walk on a continual basis
· Operate an electric pallet jack, manual pallet jack, and/or other misc. equipment
· Stooping, squatting, walking, reaching, bending, twisting, lifting, and reaching may be required in completion of job duties
· Use repetitive motions using upper and lower extremities, mount, and dismount equipment.
You must always wear safety garments. Safety shoes that are approved are always required.

Emplois dans le domaine de la vente uniquement : Pour les postes de vente rémunérés à la commission, la fourchette ci-dessus est une estimation de la rémunération totale potentielle à la commission au cours de la première année de l’employé, mais UNFI offre une période d’introduction d’un montant minimum de 680 $ par semaine. Après la période d’introduction, comme il s’agit d’un poste basé à 100 % sur les commissions, il n’y a pas de salaire fixe. Les plans de commission de UNFI ne sont pas plafonnés et les revenus moyens varient en fonction du territoire et des ventes réalisées, ainsi que d’autres facteurs.
